Multiple review links sent back-to-back in a conversation without a customer response looks like spam to cell phone carriers. The result is that your number could be flagged as spam or it can result in your number being blocked by the carrier.
To ensure that you can continue to reach your customers, we made one change to how review invites are sent out in Symplii. This change will create a popup that will prevent your team from sending back-to-back links (including review invites) without any customer response in between. However, it will be your choice if you wish to over-ride this feature that's built in.
Re-sending Invites
If a customer asks you to resend the invite link, advise to them to see the previous message sent or simply send them a message to confirm with them via text. As soon as they respond, the system will allow you to send a new link.
