My reviews aren't syncing - help!?

There are a number of reasons why your reviews aren't syncing. In most cases your review source can falter - it could be due to an issue with the permission you have provided us, changed account credentials, invalid URLs, expired credentials (tokens) or more.

We're always happy to help you figure out what the exact issue is and ensure that all your reviews are synced correctly and are regularly updated. Before you contact us for support try the following by re-interating your review sites. Then allowing up to 24 hours for the system to update with all the reviews. If the issue occurs again please contact us.

1. Go to Location -> My Businesses

2. Click on the "blue eye"

3. Locate the review site that's not syncing. Click "Remove".

4. Re-integrate the review site based on API or URL.
